Day 01: Drive to Changu Narayan from Kathmandu, hike from Changu Narayan to Nagarkot and drive back to Kathmandu from Nagarkot
Departure place: Every day from The Great Adventure Treks and Expeditions Pvt Ltd. ( Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal) or from your respective hotel.

Drive to Changu Narayan from Kathmandu (1 hr drive).
After breakfast, we drive to Changu Narayan from Kathmandu, Changu Narayan is a municipality in Bhaktapur District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. It is also home to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Changu Narayan temple.
Hike to Nagarkot from Changu Narayan (4 hrs).
We start our Hiking from Changu Narayan to Nagarkot. Your hike to Nagarkot trails gradually ascends through the terraced fields to Tamang Village. Here, local wine making is pretty common throughout the year. Walk an uphill trail through scattered local mountain villages and farmlands to Nagarkot. This hike would take a minimum of 3.5 to 4 hours. Arrive in Nagarkot in the afternoon where you will enjoy an authentic lunch. After lunch, visit the Nagarkot Tower.
See the sunset and view of 38 different mountains (including Mt. Everest).
Nagarkot is a hill station from where you can see a great panorama of mountains. One could see the breathtaking views of the major Himalayan peaks of Nepal. We will stay until the evening to see the spectacular view of the sunset.
Drive to Kathmandu from Nagarkot by car. (1 and half hour).
After the sunset, we will drive back to Kathmandu in a car and you will be transferred to your hotel room.
