Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Machha Khola

Machha Khola Elevation: (870 m/2854 ft)

Distance: (160km/99.4mi)

Duration: 10 – 12 hrs

Accommodation: Teahouse

Your journey will start with a drive from Kathmandu to Machha Khola. After your early morning breakfast, our representative will pick you up from the hotel, and you will travel through stunning and diverse landscapes. As you pass through the outskirts of Kathmandu city, you gradually see the beautiful green hills and small markets on the highways. The glimpses of the beautiful Trishuli River and small highway settlements will make your journey engaging. During the journey, there are various stopover points where you can get refreshed in between. After traveling for almost 10 to 12 hours, you will finally reach Machha Khola, the first place for your overnight stay.

Day 02: Trek to Jagat from Maccha Khola

On the 2nd day, you will start your trek from Machha Khola. After crossing Macha Khola, you will come across the beautiful Khorla Bensi Village. The trail becomes more challenging as you climb over a ridge and cross the Budhi Gandaki River through the bridge. Day 03: Trek to Deng from Jagat

Crossing the Jagat Point, you will be greeted by a beautiful waterfall that will captivate your heart and please your soul through its soothing sound. You will pass through many villages like Salleri and Sirdibas, walking through grassy terrain. The beautiful traditional settlements are decorated with colorful prayer flags. You will catch the enchanting sight of the Shringi Himal along the trail. After crossing the river about three times, you will finally reach Deng Village. Day 04: Trek to Namrung from Deng

On Day 4, you will embark on your trek early in the morning by crossing the Budhi Gandaki River. Following the trail from Bihi, you will head west upwards, leading you up to Budhi Gandaki Valley. The trail to the valley is very steep, but the view of the valley is equally beautiful. As you continue your trek, you will reach the village of Rana, where you can also witness Mani stones. You will stop at Ghap for lunch after approximately 4 hours of walking. After lunch, you will continue trekking along the trail towards the Prok Village. The trail ahead of Ghap passes through beautiful gompas.

The journey begins amidst dense forests, with thundering streams crossing a narrow gorge. However, the forests thin out as you progress toward your destination, and the pathway steepens. After a full day of hiking, totaling 6-7 hours, you will arrive at Namrung, where you will spend the night.

Day 05: Trek to Syala from Namrung

You will have breakfast early in the morning and move towards Bhanjam Village on Day 5 of the Manaslu Circuit Trek. Along the way, panoramic vistas of the snow-capped peaks will greet you. The view of Pungyen Glacier is ethereal, adding further charm to the journey. At Pungyen Gompa, you can get incredible views of Manaslu, Ngadi Chuli, and Himalchuli. You can explore this beautiful monastery for now and then walk for about 2-3 hours to reach Samagaun. You will stay overnight in Samagaun.

Day 07: Rest day at Sama Gaun  and visit Manaslu Base Camp

The 7th day is your rest day, and you will explore the beautiful Manaslu Base Camp. After a rest in Sama Gaun, the trekking resumes on the 8th day. First, you will head towards the beautiful Birendra Lake. After hiking for 4-5 hours, you will reach Larke La Pass. The 360° view of the mountains visible from the pass is mesmerizing. You will then trek down to Binthang. The descent is steep, but the stunning views of the Nemjung and Himlung mountains will make it all worth it. Along the way, the beautiful Ponkar Lake will mesmerize you with its breathtaking beauty. You will then walk across the flat grassy terrains and finally reach Bimthang for an overnight stay. Day 12: Trek to Tilije from Bimthang

Day 13: Trek to  Dharapani from Tilije  and Drive to Besisahar.
