Good experience in Buthan tour
I joined the tour of Buthan for 3 nights. Although the price is high because I am in a solo trip, the quality is good! Buthan is the cleanest country in the world! You don’t need to worry about anything just be happy and excited to join the tour! I just went for 3nights-tour, but I did visit Paro, Thimpu, Punakha ! Although not every sighting sites that would visit, the important sites would not miss! This is my second time join the tour in this travel agency, and I was satiated with it every time ! They will handle everything well.

Frequently Asked Questions
How difficult is Annapurna Circuit trek?
The trek is considered moderately to highly challenging due to its long duration, high altitude, and rugged terrain. The climb to Thorong La Pass (5,416 meters) and the visit to Tilicho Lake require physical endurance and mental preparation.
How long does it take to trek the Annapurna Circuit?
The trek typically takes 17–21 days , depending on your pace, acclimatization schedule, and weather conditions.
Can beginners do Annapurna Circuit?
While beginners can attempt it with proper preparation, the trek’s length and altitude make it more exciting for both beginners and experienced trekkers.
What level of fitness is needed for the Annapurna Circuit Trek?
The Annapurna Circuit Trek is a moderate to challenging adventure that requires a good level of physical fitness. Trekkers should be prepared to walk 6–8 hours daily on varied terrain, including steep ascents, descents, and rugged trails. Cardiovascular endurance, leg strength, and stamina are essential for handling the long trekking days.
Altitude plays a significant role, as the trek reaches elevations over 5,000 meters, such as Thorong La Pass. While fitness alone does not prevent altitude sickness, being physically prepared helps you better manage the reduced oxygen levels and the physical strain of high-altitude trekking.
Pre-trek preparation should include regular cardio activities like jogging, cycling, or swimming, combined with strength and flexibility training. Mental resilience is equally important, as the trek demands sustained effort in changing weather and trail conditions.
Acclimatization days included in the itinerary allow your body to adjust to the altitude, and maintaining a steady pace, staying hydrated, and listening to your body will help you succeed. With proper preparation, most physically active individuals can complete the Annapurna Circuit Trek.
How safe is Annapurna Circuit Trek?
The Annapurna Circuit is generally considered safe for trekkers, provided they take necessary precautions and follow standard trekking guidelines. The well-marked trails are frequented by trekkers, and the region is equipped with tea houses and lodges for support. However, challenges like altitude sickness, unpredictable weather, and occasional landslides require careful attention. Proper acclimatization, hydration, and awareness of altitude sickness symptoms are essential for safety, especially at high points like Thorong La Pass (5,416 meters). Trekking during the recommended seasons—spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November)—minimizes risks associated with monsoons or harsh winter conditions. Hiring experienced guides and porters further enhances safety, as they are knowledgeable about the terrain, altitude issues, and emergency protocols. With thorough preparation, suitable gear, and travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking and rescue, the Annapurna Circuit is a rewarding and safe adventure.
Is there WiFi/Internet on the Annapurna Circuit?
Yes, the Annapurna Circuit has internet access, but it can be inconsistent and varies by location. Most tea houses and lodges along the trail offer Wi-Fi services, either for free or at an additional cost. In more remote areas, the connection may be slower and less reliable. Popular stops like Manang, Pisang, and Jomsom generally have better internet connectivity compared to higher-altitude areas like Thorong La Pass.
For more reliable access, trekkers can purchase a local SIM card (e.g., Ncell or Nepal Telecom) with a data plan before starting the trek. While network coverage is decent in lower regions, it diminishes as you ascend to higher altitudes. It's advisable to download offline maps, and important documents, and inform loved ones about potential communication gaps during certain parts of the trek.
